Able to actually do this myself, with the little help icons some of this stuff was a no brainer. No better way to do taxes! :)

I have been a TurboTax user for over ten years. I love the way the program leads me through the process, with a easy to understand interview. It's like having a tax accountant asking me the questions as we complete the forms together. I would never use anything else!
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: There are no cons,,,

What's great about it: ease of completing tax info, especially uploading info
What's not so great: State return needed a little info that had to be keyed in

The software works!!!!! That is the most important thing to me. If I have my information organized, I can get the returns done and one less headache for another 12 months.
What's great about it: Straight forward; automatically brings in last years return, helps me understand new rules
What's not so great: I like the product; I don't have any complaints.

No pain taxes

good tax preparation makes everything faster. fewer supporting lines makes you have to add things yourself, can lead to errors -- want more supporting lines
What's great about it: transfers from previous year
What's not so great: supporting docs not enough spaces
