I use Turbo Tax every year. It makes it sooooo simple to transfer information.

TurboTax is a non-stressful experience. Have efiled using this program for many many years and have always had peace of mind once doing so. No fail! Customer Service, whether searching basic questions or obtaining a live person is also no fail. Do not be caught up in the gimmick advertising used by competitors.

Can this really be the most fun I had in months?

Having finished this year's taxes with a smile on my face, my husband remarked that I'm probably the only person that gets excited over filing a tax return. I just don't think so. First of all, there are far too many other Turbo Tax users around- and second, the way the software is structured makes filing taxes as easy as a spring breeze. From importing W-2 information to walking me right through the labyrinth of possible deductions, Turbo Tax got us the maximum refund in a minimum of time. And that's definitely worth a smile!

If I used Turbo Tax last year why does it ask about lines on previous forms. It should know what was on them, I should not have to go looking.

For me 95% of the pain of tax filings involves gathering the information. Turbo Tax makes it easy to do the remaining 5% myself rather than take the information to a preparer who doesn't do much more than fill in the forms with my data.
