been using TurboTax since 1980's--turning point was when I met a man doing people's taxes for a major tax co. He admitted to me he uses TurboTax !!-never have a problem-I wished everything was this easy, and accurate
What's great about it: ez and accurate, what more can you ask for?

We've used Turbotax for years and it's very helpful. One year I didn't like the result and went to a tax professional who came out with the same result I didn Turbotax knows the right questions to ask.

Made My Own Mistakes... TurboTax fixed them!

It was so simple to used. I had gone to a private tax person and they told me that I owed taxes. TurboTax found me some more deductions and I wound up getting a much bigger refund than I expected.

Taxes made easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Before that, I did my own taxes by hand for many years. Turbo Tax has always been very easy to use. The interview feature helps me make sure I don't miss anything. Even during years when I have something 'wierd' or different, Turbo Tax gets me through it.

Why I use Turbo Tax

Prior to my use of Turbo Tax, I went to a tax preparation service. Never understood why I couldn't do this myself with the proper guidance -- and that's what I found with Turbo Tax. I've used Turbo Tax for more than 15 years now and the product gets better and better. It asks the right questions for my particular needs and guides me through the minefields to the point when I can complete my returns with complete confidence. Consider me "completely satisfied."
What's great about it: Simple, easy to follow, asks the right questions.
What's not so great: After years of use, yet to find any.
