I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008. It is just like following a recipe, you take it one step at a time. It reassures you by rechecking
And you do not have to complete in one sitting, you can return to the forms as time permits

I'm invested at this point. I've filed for more than 10 years using Turbo Tax. It is easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: A little expensive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

This is the 1st year I used the turbotax I use to have some do it for me this was so much easier.
What's great about it: speed and the steps to see what i can get as a tax break
What's not so great: Wish i could write off more things

Fast and Painless

Turbo tax takes the stress out of tax season for me. I have a relatively simple return and this software makes it filing taxes easy. The guides and questions helped me find deductions that I would have otherwise missed!
What's great about it: Easy to use, very thorough, and very fast
What's not so great: Having to pay taxes!

Another great Turbo Tax experience

My wife and I used Turbo Tax for the 4th straight year. After using it the first year, we've been hooked. It really helps us with our education credits and determining which ones we can take.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Unhappy Long-time Customer

In addition to the much-publicized problems with Trubo Tax in Minnesota, I found I had to manually re-enter all the information I had downloaded from my broker in order for Turbo Tax to NOT show that I had $0 in state withdrawn. This took a lot of extra time to figure out the cause and then correct the problem. Very disappointed this year.
What's great about it: Federal Taxes Done Easily
What's not so great: Really messed up Minnesota taxes
