Even the most inexperienced user can master!

This is the most amazing program. My children from ages 15 to 22 were able to file their own taxes without a glitch. Thank you Turbo Tax for making my life that much less stressful!
What's great about it: Use of layman terminology
What's not so great: Need to simplify for the 1040EZ users

Always easy

As always, Turbo tax makes this process almost bearable. Once all forms can be imported (yes, I know that might be asking for a lot) it will be even better. Some of the repetitive saves are a bit annoying but this is so much better than any other process I have found.
What's great about it: importing statements and 1099's great help
What's not so great: a few of the instructions seem to be repretitive

Easy File

Turbo tax is nice. Makes me feel like I am doing it accurately. I recommend that state e-file should also be free for the price I paid for turbo tax. At least maybe one free state efile free. Pay for additional ones.
What's great about it: helps with fill in extra forms, transferred my w-2 numbers, non cash gifts to charity was easy, it gave me fair values
What's not so great: seems like lots of questions for return users. I can do it paper and pencil faster

Deatils Handled Well

Filing year after year with many rental properties, retirement plans, various types of income and expenses, TurboTax Deluxe always comes through.
What's great about it: Helpful Hints With Every Topic
What's not so great: A bit more explanatory detail about children (away at school) and adult dependents would be helpful

Made Taxes a Pleasant Experience

This program truly has the user in mind. Whether it's your first year doing your taxes on line or you're an old pro Turbo Tax is fun. Each section of the program from Personal Information to Deductions, to Credits there is a concise listing of topics about each section as you open it. If you are a prior user of another tax software you are able to import your in formation to Turbo Tax easily and it transfers your information to the appropriate topic, so you won't miss a deduction or credit and, if it's not applicable for this year you can delete it, or if still applicable you can update it with this year's information. TRY IT YOUSELF! I am a confirmed and happy Turbo Tax user.
What's great about it: Ease of Use and Details provided for each topic of tax preparation.
What's not so great: The Efile section was not as easy to work with as other parts of the progam.

Very Easy to complete

This is my 4th year using Turbo Tax and I feel confident with it's accuracy and ability to handle most common scenarios. I like the ease of which the program guides you through the steps with also the ability to go back.
What's great about it: I like the step-by -step approach and the ability to go back and recheck the detail of prior information inputted.
What's not so great: Some items could be better defined, but hey, this is the tax code.
