I've been a Turbo Tax user for over 10 years. The ease of use makes inputting data with confidence. Anyone who hasn't tried this product once needs to try it.

Great tool for the average person. Easy to use and can come back to an area if you were not ready/have all the information for it.

It took over an hour to get e-filed. Numerous trials to re-learn password and user ID, just kept taking me around in circles. Support is not open on Sunday, so the frustration just kept building.
What's great about it: preparing the return was a breeze
What's not so great: filing was a nightmare

Helpful, can be pricey

I have used turbotax for the past 3 years. It can be a cheap option to help you through your taxes, or it can be very pricey. Pay attention to what you are agreeing to at each step and you will be fine. You can chose to have step by step instructions or you can tab through the info by yourself.
What's great about it: step-by-step instruction or diy w/ helpful tips
What's not so great: can be pricey/all fees not given upfront
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have being used TurboTax for 3 yrs. Very cool software and I would like to recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Overall, very good.

Turbo tax is a great tool to help with taxes. The guide is awesome and helpful when I don't understand. We have used turbo tax for numerous years and will continue to use for many more.

Turbo Tax is the best tax software around

All I can say is this software is WONDERFUL! Intuit has gone the extra mile. I have been using Turbo Tax since early 2000's and I continue to use it every year because it works.
What's great about it: It's easy to complete, it walks you through every step of the way.
