It should have uncluded my state return free and didn't.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT I HAVE USED OTHER TAX PROGRAMS YEARS AGO AND TURBO TAX IS SIMPLER.
What's great about it: EASY TO UNDERSTAND DIRECTIONS IN TURBO TAX

Makes Tax Season Enjoyable!

A Must Do

Excellent tool for preparing taxes. It was somewhat difficult accessing previous year's results, but it was probably my fault.
What's great about it: Met every expectation.

Almost as easy as last year

I have used turbotax for 7 or 8 years and had no problems until this year. I am using the same computer and OS as last year but every time I go to save the file it gives me an error. The file is there but the program says that it failed to save. Not good and I am still waiting for a response from Intuit on the problem.
What's great about it: Worked well for the taxes
What's not so great: has a problem with the "save" or "save as" function
