Have used turbo-tax for several years and will continue to do so. It would be helpful in the review process to be able to get out of a topic without following it completely through every time.
What's great about it: Option to explore on your own or be guided is well done.
What's not so great: Can't get out of a topic without going through its whole process.

The calculation error in My 2011 Return was caught by IRS, ad I had to mail another check to IRS just in time for the dead line date of 4/15/2012.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: After choosing an item and came ack to review. the chosen iem drifted away.

I had many transactions with the brokerage when I moved my investments and these transactions were downloaded correctly to my return-the ability to e-file with accuracy guarantee-Thank you

This tax software easily uploads last year's returns and quickly passes through a review. Then, putting in this year's W-4 info is easy. The only tricky part is understanding some of the language and figuring out where and how to put in my HSA contributions.
What's great about it: Uploading 2011 taxes for 2012
What's not so great: Figuring out HSA part

I found Turbo Tax to be quick and easy. It asked questions, like a person talking to me. All I had to do was answer the questions, put in a few numbers and in no time I was done. E-file only took a few minutes and I had last years taxes filed, paid and was ready to go with a good feeling of accomplishment. Taxes done - quick and easy, thanks Turbo Tax.

I enjoy using this product. It is very easy to use, and I love the feature where you can import your capital gains information. I verified my return information against the federal and state instructions and the program worked perfectly. I will continue using Turbotax in the future.
What's great about it: Ease of use, follows the federal and state returns exactly
