Easy as Pie!

This is my second time using TurboTax. I like the ease of using the program and how it searches for every possible deduction that I am eligible for, suggesting ones that I had not thought about.
What's great about it: User friendly

The program is easy to use even in light of tax law complexity. the guided questions for income & deductions is really helpful.
What's great about it: Electronic downloads of tax documents from outside sources.
What's not so great: Needs alpha listing for charitable donations

TurboTax is an easy to understand program that allows a novice or pro to get a complete and accurate tax return completed.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Allows going back and forth between forms and interview.
What's not so great: Cost's too much to efile State

Tremendous TurboTax

I liked the detailed questions to assure you get all the deductions possible. The program coveres all the tax forms that is needed. I like the many abilities the program gives you to print and save your tax forms and continue where you left off. There are many chances to go back and edit your returns later. The help screens are excellent as is the ability to have a live chat.
What's great about it: I like the easy and to the point questions.
What's not so great: Not able to choose the standard deduction first,

was able to navigate through with the easy guide quite well, and then when I needed extra info I could click a link and find out about it. Thanks.
