I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and feel very comfortable using it. The questions are easy to answer and all of the topics we need are included in Turbo Tax.

Very Easy Filing

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out and this year's is the easiest yet to navigate and use.
What's great about it: You inclucd federal filing in the price

awkward to navigate

i will use it again next year but it seems to get more awkward to use with each new version.
What's great about it: it works well
What's not so great: navigation or corrections can be difficult. the inability to print a worksheet while entering info is surprising.

I have used Turbo Tax for nearly 15 years. I wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: Easy to use and like knowing I have Audit Support
What's not so great: A little slow to open

We have taken our return to one of the big guys on a couple of occasions and I honestly think they use TurboTax. They find nothing more than we do preparing ourselves with TurboTax so why go any other way?
What's great about it: Always simple and accurate
What's not so great: Yes, we pay again

Best Software

I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1990s. I love this software. It updates and changes with the tax code. It will let me know if there are any errors in my information. Turbo Tax offers you tax experts to help you when you're in need. It will even offer protection when you are audited. I wouldn't do my taxes without Turbo Tax.

TURBO TAX--The tax code simplified

Been a turbo tax user for years. It seems to get simpler every year. It is set up logically and is very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: It increases our national debt by giving all dedecutions and credits
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
