Good but not perfect

All went well except when I imported brokerage info and then manually entered K1 limited partnership infor for the same companies. TT did not pick up the duplication, but all was well when I manually deleted the duplicated companies from the imported data and filed only on the K1 info.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Hit a couple of glitches

Turbo Tax is Awesome!

I have used turbo tax for years and wouldn't think of using anything else. It is so easy to use and I recommend it to other people!
What's great about it: Really like importing prior year, ease of use, and helpful hints!
What's not so great: I don't have any "cons"...i love turbo tax!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

it's such an easy and affordable program to use, I don't know why anyone would use anyone or anything else. Since I used it last year, it was able to pull all relevant information which made this years tax filing process even faster and smoother than last year.
What's great about it: it's such a simple program to use

I have used Turbo Tax for 5 or 6 years and I love the ease of the program and the ability to speak to a tax expert for those unexpected tax diversions.
What's great about it: Easy to file taxes
What's not so great: It is a long wat to speak to a tax expert.

Easy to use

The software is great and easy to use. It has all the tools I need to make sure I file an accurate return. It makes filing each year less of a chore with the carry forward of my prior year information to make sure I don't miss anything!

Calm and Easy

Enjoy the ease of use and error check. Like the audit defense just in case, so I don't have to deal with the IRS. Decent price along with the intuitiveness make this a nice choice.
Would like them to add cloud storage as I had a computer hard drive problem and had to add all my details again.

Turbo Tax has done it again. Super easy format, straightforward, and gets to the bottom line quickly.
Every year the program is enhanced, unlike other software that appear to be happy with the status-quo, Turbo Tax constantly reviews and enhances it's product based on feedback and technology.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Terrible

I have been using Turbotax since the 1980s, know it well. Perhaps because I used the Apple version for the first time, perhaps some other reason: but there were several features I could not use for 2012. Notably, I had to override the deductions for Sch. A and the gain-loss figures for Sch. D. I simply could not enter them. This also means I cannot file electronically. So, it's a much worse program than in the prior 25 years.
