Complete and Easy!

I am able to do this anytime day/night with my limited free time. I can edit areas, easily, as Turbo Tax makes me aware of more possible deductions. I recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends and relatives. I am confident that I am getting the biggest refund possible for my tax situation. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: I can retrive and edit easily as Turbo Tax reminds me of deductions that I was not aware of.
What's not so great: There are NO cons as far as I am concerned.

Overall, I am happy with Turbotax. Helped me get job done in a much shorter time comparing to doing it myself. But I am disappointed with the Itsdeductible and turbo tax review bugs.
What's great about it: easy to import, easy to follow and I like the online help too
What's not so great: This year i experienced more bugs than prior years.

fast and easy software to use

I've been using this software for at least 4 years now. To me it really saves a lot of time. The details step by step instructions is great and easy to follow.
What's great about it: Details step by step instruction
What's not so great: Updates take a little bit too long, didn't give any tips for getting max refund.
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

comprehensive process

I have been using several years Turbo Tax and it makes the whole process a lot easier and allows deductions that are not easy to find in books and instructions. A very helpful feature is the comparison with previous year return.
What's great about it: continuous tracking of status
What's not so great: inability to print specific pages during process

Very good, not perfect

As a resident of a foreign country, entry for my contact phone number was not accepted as the format only accepts U.S. phone numbers.
What's great about it: Easy to follow "interview" method, seems to be comprehensive, have never been audited in 10+ years of using Turbo Tax
What's not so great: I am a foreign filer (lforeign excluded income) and some of the information requested cannot be entered, i.e. phone numb

Had a customer service question and the rep was FANTASTIC! The program went without a hitch! I would never use anything else.

Smooth process

I am an expat filing US taxes. I have been using turbo tax for the last 7 years. I would say, it is a smooth process to use turbotax to file.
