Empowered Me!!

I used Turbo last year. I will most likely use it again next year. My only nagging problem was when it came time to print. Even the "preview document" version was showing large gaps in the pages, and huge black marks reminiscent of the political documents released containing still perceived secrets. But like I said, I will most likely use it again next year. The obstacle was eventually overcome.
What's great about it: Very (mostly) easy to follow.
What's not so great: Some terms used were greek (no offense) to me. When printing, it was a great hassle.

I Loved it!

I love TurboTax. Everything is so straight forward and helpful. I enjoy being able to go back and make changes with ease. This is the second year I have filed taxes on my own and again this year it was way easy with the program.

I wanted to amend my state form and eliminate a negative number. I couldn't get back into the form to change the specific line that was the source of the red flag.
What's great about it: Great Step by step

TurboTax is really easy to follow. You can finish both Federal and State Tax Returns in one sitting.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step procedures.
What's not so great: Nothing to unlike.

Easy as "Click Click Click"

I have been using TurboTax since 2008 and LOVE it. The only thing I could think of to improve on would to have a button to take you where you last were, if you had to go back and review something.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: If you have to go towards the begining to review something you have to go through all the steps again.

Stumbled a few times.

Worked okay. Got the job done. Very useful to be able to jump to source form, by clicking the data field. Much better than doing by hand.
Form List - Names sometimes started with the Number, other times just a Form name. Hard to add forms, such as K-1, in Forms view.
Forms List, in Forms view. Was not sorted in any useful way. The Search worked fine.
Help was as good as legendary Microsoft Windows and my experience with Macintosh Help. Not useful. Even the online help forum took some time to find useful info on a couple issues.
What's great about it: Works pretty well
What's not so great: List of Forms in no understandable order, Form names random, Help was no help

I fond the program easy to use. Liked the status display at he top of the page that showed current refund or what is owed as the data is entered into the system.
It was important this year to keep the tax program updated with the changing status of the IRS forms, which your program did very well.
Will definately use Turbo tax next year.
What's great about it: Easy instructions to follow
What's not so great: After click continue there were times there was no immediate feedback that the command had been accepted.
