Better Last Year

When i did my 2011 return, the software automatically pulled all figures that applied. This year i had to go back at the end of the return and correct it. Not a big deal because i knew to look for it, but if i hadnt thought of it i would have lost out.
What's great about it: Was able to skip large portions that didn't apply
What's not so great: Did not pull last years capitol losses

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. IT HAS BEEN RELIABLE AND ACCURATE.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE

Relief Taxes Are Done

I appreciate how easy it is to complete my returns. I also like being able to go back and make changes if needed.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: I would like to print the screen not just the forms.

TurboTax = Easiest Tax Return Experience!

I've used TurboTax for three years now and I have never had a bad experience. It's the easiest, fastest, and most reliable way I know to do my tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, double checks all your work

Easy Tax Filing!

I use to do my taxes by hand which took many hours. I love this tool to do my taxes at a fast pace. I believe that it has helped give me more refunds than I could ever do, knowing about the tax laws and helping me along the way. I love TurboTax. I wish I had started using it many years ago.
What's great about it: Holds prior information and updates the currant info. Constant running amount for refund.
What's not so great: It would be good to have instant messaging to help with questions. Maybe more examples for each field.
