What's great about it: Very thorough program
What's not so great: long pages, it keeps sending me back to the top. Scroll, scroll, scroll

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. They keep improving and making it easier to follow. They make it almost painless to file!
What's great about it: Good flow, easy to get aroung
What's not so great: charge to file state

Excellent program. It was easy to input my information and helped me to take advantage of all possible credits and deductions. Turbo Tax helped me to submit my taxes accurately and successfully.Thanks TuboTax.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is simple, instructive and accurate. It rocked and made my return easy and a success.
What's not so great: Nothing - one additional pro (I liked the info hyperlink buttons!)

Got a bigger refund than expected!

Turbo Tax is very user friendly and walks you through each section step by step. I am so thankful for the ability to e-file five federal returns, so our children can use it too! It is the best tax filing software we have ever used and we think it is worth every penny we have spent!
What's great about it: Transferring information from previous year. Detailed explanations when questions are asked!
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Tubotax Deluxe was really easy to use and helped me to complete our taxes really fast. Have been using TT since 2006. Love that it transfers the necessary information from year to year. Also, like that it prompts you to consider all of your deductions and credits, but lets you skip thru areas and questions that don't apply to you. Had to amend 2011 return prior to doing 2012 return, and that process was easy too.
What's great about it: Easy and Fast

Every section asks questions that in previous years did not apply. The software should know what was entered the previous year and not ask those questions unless the users requests it. This is especially true for retired users.
What's great about it: Very easy to use - questions are simple and easy to understand
What's not so great: Should review the previous year and eliminate questions unless it applies
