Great product

I had a great experience. This is my 2nd year using TurboTax and I find it very user-friendly and quick. Only downside is that there is an additional charge to eFile for California even though I had to pay a great deal for the TurboTax program already! I understand that it can be sent via mail for free, but this is a hassle and I have purchased TurboTax then clearly I am looking for a quick and paperless way to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Explanation and thorough lead-through of all forms
What's not so great: Having to pay an additional fee to efile California State tax when I've already paid for TurboTax

Overall I like the program. Have used for a number of years. Love that we can e-file for free. Nice bonus. Thanks!
What's great about it: Speed and seeming efficiency
What's not so great: Dependent upon yourself to review whether you are eligible or not for certain credits/dedtns. Would've missed otherwise.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As always, turbotax delivers. Fast and easy way to prepare your taxes without missing anything.
What's great about it: Fast, complete and thorough
What's not so great: I wish I didn't have to scroll through the summary screen to get to the next button after each section is complete.

I really like the product have used it for years. Best one for my needs!
What's great about it: I like how it goes over all of the deductions and lets me choose. They change each year so it won't let me forget any.
What's not so great: na

What's great about it: Easy to try various tax options and strategies to see the outcome.
What's not so great: Must be careful to review updates after going thru the taxes once. Revisions must be done carefully.
