Family Tax Man

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1996 and it's been able to cover all my life changes. From being a single-income family with small children to a dual-income family with college expenses and a small home-based business - Turbo Tax keeps up with all my needs and walks me through all the questions I need to get answered. Now all my kids come over before they leave for Spring Break to get their taxes done with Turbo Tax

Getting Married can be no fun.

We both used turbo tax on our previous years returns. But we could only import one of them this year to file as married.
That's nuts. So much stuff to have to carry forward from year to year that is now lost for one of us. Or you have to add it in all manually (which I did).

I've run into TT bugs for the past few years. Caught them myself on the returns and then had to figure out how to get the fix and update TT to make it work properly again. This is the first year that I didn't find any huge bugs. That's a great improvement.
Some of the wording of the question titles this year do not seem to match what you are asking for. Very strange.
What's great about it: At least no major bugs this year!
What's not so great: Impossible to import tax returns for 2 users into one

Turbo Taxed my Refund

My taxes are really very simple, and I keep all receipts, but it takes me forever to pull it all into a pile and make sense of it. Turbo tax, and It's Deductible have made the entire process smooth and simple, and provides me with a comparison of what I did the year before so that I know I didn't miss anything. I so love Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use
What's not so great: I hate doing my taxes, period.

We have been using Turbo Tax for several years and just love the way it guides you through the process.
What's great about it: Handles the basic tax filing.
What's not so great: Does not handle 1099-C involving insolvency.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 4 years. It's easy, precise, and does everything for me in an easy and efficient manner. Before I started using Turbo Tax, I'd either went to a Tax service and pay $hundreds, sit in their office with all the documents for hours, only to find that my refund didn't cover their service; or did my taxes myself spending half a day getting totally confused and frustrated. With Turbo Tax, the cost is minimal, I can sit in the comfort of my home, and have everything done in about 30 minutes.

Easy Easy Filing

This is my 7th year using Turbo Tax and I won't use any other. I had my experience with the "others" and they don't begin to compare to Turbo Tax. I found an error in the "other guys" return and had to file an amended return. They almost cost me $1200+ because of their program not asking the right questions. When I reviewed my return - they had not entered deductions I had. Turbo Tax is easy, thorough and the only one I'll use.
What's great about it: Easy Questions, Breeze right through

Painless Filler!

I have been using Turbo Tax since the first edition came out and will continue to use your software. It is so much easier and trustworthy and places me in a position I don't have to worry. The refunds are quick and directly deposited into my account!
