I think before they start into the return maybe there should be a suggested list of items you may need through out the program.
ie... W-2's, 1099's, 1098's, Charitable contributions list, medical mileage chart.....

Is fairly simple but had a deduction this year of a penality that it didn't explain to me and I am having problems figuring out why it was applied.
What's not so great: Didn't ask me about applying my refund on my estimated taxes

Turbo tax is extremely easy to use. It starts with your profile and walks you through step by step each item that you need to consider.

First time Filer!

Overall I had a very good experience with Turbo Tax. As a newbie to the whole tax filing biz, the word TAX was pretty terrifying to me. I was scared to death that I might miss something or screw something up and end up OWING money (if that's even possible). However, Turbo Tax was so easy, I actually went through my information again twice to make sure I didn't forget to enter something. I'm happy to report that I will be getting a nice refund check, just in time for my graduate courses! Thanks Turbo Tax, can't wait to get my refund!!
What's great about it: super easy, doesn't miss anything!
What's not so great: wording used in some of the questions was a little confusing at times

Fast and Easy

I've recommended TurboTax to many people. Everyone who has used it has agreed that it makes figuring taxes as easy as it can be. Also, doing taxes with TurboTax helps you to know what docs to save and in what detail to save them. I recommend it to students and adults.
