Low Stress

Overall, filing taxes with Turbo Tax was easy and was low stress. We choose Turbo Tax every year because it saves us money!
What's great about it: Walks you through each section so you don't feel like you missed something
What's not so great: Got a bit vague when trying to search for a specific topic in help.

I have been using TurboTax for years. It seems to get easier each year. Always seems to have the right form and guides you through the process.
What's great about it: pulled in all of last years data.
What's not so great: Seemed to jump ahead in some areas

Turbo Tax - Year after TAX Year - the Best

I have used TurboTax for 20 years and it was easy to use and understand 20 years ago and has only gotten better as I have aged.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and understand the instructions and simple to get advice on fields as needed.
What's not so great: None that I have found gets better each year.

TubroTax Deluxe

We've used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years. It walks us through the entire process and we can compete both Federal and Tax inside 3 hours. It can't get much better than that. The Deluxe - Maximize Your Deductions is awesome. We are able to input all our charitable cash and item donations. The item value calculator makes it easy.
We'll be using it Turbo Tax for years to come!

What a Relief

I was having trouble understanding where to put all my information. I spent an hour on the phone waiting to ask the IRS one question. I decided to get Turbotax. What a relief! Turbotax walked me through all my data. I just answered the questions and Turbotax filled out all the forms.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps and encouragement too. Turbotax put all the data in the right places
What's not so great: I didn't understand how to save the file so I could start again later. I just left the program running.

Great Change of Pace

For years I have used and accountant for all my tax returns and also my daughters. Last year was the first time I had ever used Turbo Tax, and I'm hooked. My accountant may never see me again. I ran into a problem with a 1098-T, this year, and called Customer Service. The representative was extremely helpfull, took me through the process, explaining step by step and solved the problem, which also increased my refund, which I could not have done on my own.
What's great about it: Customer Service and ease of use.
