Dependable and Precise as usual

This year was a relatively simple process. Though we itemized the data was straight forward. I have used Turbo tax for twenty of the last twenty-two years and with one exception my returns have been precise and complete the first time through. I have strongly recommended this product to friends and family for some time and those that have used it have had no complaints.
What's great about it: Does the job of preparing and filing taxes dependably
What's not so great: You have to search a bit if you're trying to find specific tax data.

Great tool

I have used TurboTax for the past five years. It is easy and quick and pulls the information from last year's return which makes the process even faster. A great tool!
What's great about it: Quick and straightforward. Ask me all the questions for what I need to enter.

I could not do our taxes myself without Turbo Tax.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and would use it again.
What's great about it: Downloads Financial information directly from institutions.
What's not so great: Hard to verify if downloads were reported properly- k1 forms are hard to understand where to input information

Easy to file Tax Returns

Overall a great piece of software for filing tax returns. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I needed to make an adjustment to my Oregon from 40, line 9 but the form would not allow me to enter anything in the box.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: could not make changes to forms directly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
