program good for any situation. I recommend. Only thing I dodn't like it that it keeps some info from previous year that is no longer appplicable. I didn't notice it carried info for a foreign tax from previous year that was no longer valid; maybe it could be fixed to ask if it's still required, not just we saw this & import automatically. maybe I missed that?

Getting easier

Data entry and navigation is getting better, but still need better explanation. Some messages or entries are unclear as to the source of the data.
There is plenty of room on my LCD to display most if not all of a form, but only a small portion is displayed and the program requires scrolling through the form.
Another benefit might be the capability to store my return on your site, in case of a computer problem, the return could be retrieved from your site.
What's great about it: Importing data works great and creating PDF's is easy
What's not so great: Mapping info between forms is weak

download had problems and getting fixed was problematic, tried multiple times and then waited extra long time on hold. Once live help came on fix was implemented.

What's great about it: Veyy 0rganized & easy to use software.
What's not so great: Software shoulod remember a 10 yr. used like me!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is easy to use, accurate, and inexpensive. I've downloaded the software for the past two years which makes it even better.
What's great about it: Information carries over from prior years
What's not so great: Easier access to return view and a click back and forth from forms to entry screens
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
