FRUSTRATION!!!!

CONSTANT CRASHING >>>>> HAVE TO SAVE AFTER EACH ENTRY AND THEN RESTART PROGRAM AFTER EACH CRASH. A great deal of the information has to be entered directly on the form because the interview area will not continue with a section after a crash. So the only workaround is to enter on the form and then go back to the interview after that page or section of information is entered. BUT SAVE SAVE SAVE ......
What's great about it: IT'S DONE!!!!

my family and myself have used Turbo Tax for the last few years, never a problem. will continue to use it in the years to come, especially when i retire.
What's great about it: liked the ease of walking through the sites

Adequate but can be better.

Great for remembering IRA information. Wften counts double 1099-Misc on Farm rental income. Free efile for federal is nice. I've never used the state efile. Should be included in cost for program.
What's great about it: Import from financial instutions very helpful.
What's not so great: Needs more help with State forms. Not very user friendly for wages and farm income with share cropping.

Quicker than last year

Maybe it's me, but this year the questions were easier to fill out, making the process faster.
Importing 199-DIVs make data entry simple, but woe to the person that has is an active trader - it will be hard to untangle.
What's great about it: Easy import especially from previous years.
What's not so great: When you do your own taxes, you find loop holes.

Turbo Tax was very fast with updates along the way and hopefully accurate.
