Outstanding program, makes it so easy it's almost

I used to dread doing taxes, but I didn't feel the need to have someone prepare them for me. It wasn't very hard just time consuming and the forms were sometimes confusing to read. Turbo tax takes all the anxiety out of filing and I have confidence in the program that I am getting all the deductions I am entitled to.

What's great about it: I liked the W2 automatic loading function and the way the program takes you through filing.

I appreciate that turbo tax is easy to understand and has further explainations of diferent forms.Also I appreciate their step by step calculations.

Like the product. Website shoul dbe easier to find the download purchase as it is a bit clunky. I prefer to download the software and do it on my pc first.
What's great about it: Ease of entry
What's not so great: A few more interview questions could avoid some of the steps in filling out forms

I enjoy the frustration of having the program and then having to wait for the tax forms. This year I had to use the energy savings Form 5695 and the numbers did not line up with the form.
What's great about it: Received producted early with download
What's not so great: Online is more expensive than stores

You too can have fun doing your taxes

I enjoyed doing my taxes this year with the new Turbo Tax Deluxe 2012! It carefully guides you through all categories, and finds deductions and credits that you didn't think you had! It is better than spending a fortune having someone else do your taxes. I think that you get a better deal with Turbo Tax

Phone Help Went the Extra Mile

Kept getting the same error message when trying to transmit returns. Called support line and the gentlemen that helped us was fantastic. He knew what the problem was and headed us to the form area and walked us thru the correction. He waited all during this time and stayed on the line while I started the program over again and we together made sure the program properly filed our returns.
What's great about it: Phone Service was fantastic
