I really LOvE Turbo tax...I have used it so many times and even though this is the first time I have had to pay, I know it is accurate and know it is what is right.
What's great about it: I knew with certainty what the deal was with my income
What's not so great: I had to pay :-(

Easy as pie...way easier than pi

Helpful, easy to understand software

Even though I switched jobs and had extra W-2s with Social Security tax overpayment between the two employers, Turbo Tax made getting my refund for the overpaid taxes a snap.
What's great about it: Easy!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used to be a good product

Uesed to be honest and straight forward - now very difficult to navigate unless you are a willless robot - and give up all understanding and intelligence- fork over the dough seems to be the Intuit goal - no longer help the person using their product

What's not so great: Over commercialized and impossible to control

Perfection at hand

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years now. I find TurboTax easy to understand and use. TurboTax walks me through each step and topic. TurboTax gives me a clear understanding of each topic and gives me an explanation of why or why not I can or can't enter something when using TurboTax.
TurboTax saves all my information from year to year, and makes it easy for me to work with the it's application, and efile my taxes with the Federal and state governments.

Painless Happy Refund!!!

I've been using TurboTax for approximately 5 years now and completely love the ease and guidelines that the program has. The "hint" "explain this" and other help options answer pretty much any and all questions that I've ever had.
What's great about it: I love that the program goes step by step and has "hints" or "explain this" to help answer questions and guide me
What's not so great: can't pick any off the top of my head!!
