Went really quickly this year

Tax software is great - however navigating website to figure out where to order just the next year's software without all the offers for this Advantage or that Quicken software. Very annoying.
What's great about it: Quick updates from previous year's returns
What's not so great: Trying to figure out how to navigate TurboTax website to pre-order next years software.

Great program, seems easier than prior years. Plan on continuing as a customer , but at 75 not a clue how long that will be

What's not so great: had to have hard copies of deduction items.

quick surprise

I am very impressed at how smooth the whole completion of doing my taxes went. I thought I would just start on them today and complete later but I was done in just a short time. Last year there were problems with the program causing delays and I thought twice about buying it again. I am glad I gave Turbo Tax another chance.
What's great about it: Very quick to complete
What's not so great: Had to pay for State e-file

The Right Solutions

If you're working and right out of high school or working during your college education as many student do, I recommend Turbo Tax. The Turbo Tax filing experience will prepare you for future Life experiences and prepare you to properly document your financial career.
What's great about it: Fast, User Friendly, Transgenerational, everybody Is Doing It.
What's not so great: It's Deductable needs to be included.

Taxes Made Easy

Speaking to a rep tied a very nice bow on the entire experience. She was very friendly, professional and a very good listener. Customer service to the Nth degree. Can't wait to do my taxes again! Really!!
What's great about it: What's there not to like? Simple, speedy and spot on!
What's not so great: Took awhile to figure out how to call but finally got it.
