Always Simple

I've used TurboTax for the last 4 years now. I will continue to use it each year and recommend it to everyone. It's user friendly and I know without fear that I'm not overlooking something or submitting something that's incorrect.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

More Than 20 Years of TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for more than 20 years to file my income taxes each year. It has grown and improved each of the years that I have used it.
My whole point is to get into TurboTax, do the process, E-file and get out. I'm not savy with all the possibilities I could be using the program for, but it works for my purposes.
If there is an improvement that could be made, it would be easing the difficulty of the E-file with perhaps more support to help us figure out what is needed to get our computers to cooperate with the e-file process.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Getting the E-file to work with my firewall

The Ease of Doing Taxes

I found the use of Turbo Tax very informative and easy. It would be better if we did not have to do this every year, but unfortunately it is one of those guaranteed things in life and will just get worse. Thank you Turbo Tax. I love having the easy way at my finger tips!

Second Year of Download Issues

Turbo Tax is simple to use but for second year in a row I encountered problems downloading the software from a disk. The problem was only resolved by switching to a different computer.

What's not so great: Had to switch to another computer to get past download glitch

Easy way to help parents

I have used TurboTax for years. They make it better and easier every year. I have been helping Dad for the last several years and being able to do his after a complete mine is nice. They have increase the in app advertising the last couple of years, but who app hasn't.
What's great about it: up to 5 e-file returns
What's not so great: filing state by mail
Pros: I bought or sold investments
