Have used Turbo Tax for 15 years now and have never had a problem. Really like the probability of an audit meter.... gives a real head's up and takes the worry away.
What's great about it: Ease of entering information and ability to compare with previous year
What's not so great: my silly computer service and the slowness of downloading new information

Great experience every year

Great Experience. Would not do my taxes without Turbo Tax. If my taxes were more complicated I may seek additional help from a professional but so far Turbo Tax has worked well for the past 7 years and counting. I do not plan on changing products at this time.
What's great about it: Fast. Remembers by info from previous years. Easy to understand.
What's not so great: Cost of product is a little pricy.

I have used TurboTax for over 12 years. They make this horrible time of filling out tax forms and filing easy!
What's great about it: Easy to use with load of tips and resources
What's not so great: Can always improve on tips

I am overall very pleased with the tax program. It gets one through the process A to Z with the opportunity to edit and review.
What's great about it: I liked step by step instructions and advice
What's not so great: the ending seems to drag on with all the payments etc. I would rather pay for the state efile up front when purchaseing

I've used Turbo Tax for over 6 years and it keeps getting easier and better each year. I'll continue to use it for years to come.
What's great about it: Honestly everything. Told 2 hours from start to finish and feel it covered all possible credits and deductions.
What's not so great: Honestly I think the fee for filing state return is too high

I have used this product for over five years and it has improved every year. Using your credit card to pay the tax bill comes with a hefty charge. Common sense dictates this should be much cheaper. State e-file adds an additional charge as well. The costs keep adding up.
What's great about it: Easy to use, a lot more help than in the past
What's not so great: More expensive than you would expect and needs a fast track
