Extremely user friendly

I have been using turbo tax for the past 7 years and I don't have any complaints. It is user friendly and makes the process smooth.
What's great about it: I love the step by step guide, it helps me move through my taxes smoothly.
What's not so great: I don't have any yet

A good way to spend a Saturday afternoon

I have been usin turbo Tax for the last 5 years and it has always taken the teduim of doing taxes manually. I have had no issues at all
What's great about it: Step by step right to the end

I have been using Turbo-tax for more years than I can remember.
Each year I am pleased with the updates that simplify my experience and even more pleased when I listen to others as they complain about having to make an appointment with their tax guy and have to get all of their papers together before they can go.
I am then secretly delighted to know that they paid far to much to have someone else do their taxes.
Thank you for the "Taxi-Ride".
Another year of safety and $$$$.

seemed too easy

I had waited too long to file with my usual and trusted accountant. I decided to try this Turbo Tax Deluxe, which I needed because I have a small business on the side. I was nervous that I didn't have all the data necessary, but Turbo Tax took me step by step from beginning to the end. I will do this again next year, only start earlier and keep better records, now that I know what I need to have! I will be able to review even better after my refund comes in ---or not.
What's great about it: clear step by step encouragement
What's not so great: didn't like the unexpected added charges at the end after being told state filing was free in the beginning
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for 19+ yrs and each year it seems to get better. It is informative and guides you through each step of the return.

Don't be afraid - It's easy!!

I've used TurboTax for years, and highly recommend it. It saves a bundle of time by pre-entering previous year's information (but if it's your first time using it, it's still very clear and easy!). It walks you through each step of income and deductions, and there are clickable "help" icons on every subject. It's clear, concise, accurate, trustworthy, and compared to professional preparation fees is an extraordinarily good value!
What's great about it: User-friendly

I have used the other brand for years and have been hearing great reviews on your product. This year I tried it and loved it. I actually liked it more than the other brand. I'll be back again next year.
