Its easy to use. Copies previous returns. Rates your 'risk' of audit. Looks for common deductions. Great tool, easy to use, finished all my taxes in under an hour
What's great about it: Easy to use, Can pull all my personal information from previous filings

So easy even I can do it!

Turbo Tax makes the unpleasant task of "doing your taxes" almost pleasant! Every line of your return is presented, explored and explained. Just enter your numbers and before you know it, YOU ARE DONE!
What's great about it: Walks you through every item. Thoroughly explores all possible deductions.
What's not so great: No bad side, except one... Still have to pay taxes!

TurboTax is Great

We have been using TurboTax for several years now. It is very convenient and easy to use. Can get our taxes finished quickly. Also, like that I can use it to do both my sons taxes too.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use. Walks you through everything.

Simplified complexity

I appreciated the straight-forward , clear explanations available throughout the experience of preparing my tax forms. Where I had questions there were answers, and where I was comfortable with the tax-filing activity at ant particular point in the process, there were clear steps and instant feedback. Taxes are not fun ... ever, but TurboTax makes it bearable. Thanks!

Quick and Easy!

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years, and I [almost -- it's dealing with taxes, of course] look forward to using it each year. I recommend TurboTax highly!
What's great about it: It's thorough, simple (I like that!), and efficient.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better every year!

Used TT for over a decade. TT addresses all my tax needs, but could improve if it would download the K-1 Partnership info directly into the return.
What's great about it: Easy, smooth process. Good, clear guidance.
What's not so great: Back button takes you to a general page, not the exact item.

Walked me through it

Although the program is very good at walking you through each step, it is very awkward going back to a section that you've already completed to make changes or to check an item. You get sent to the beginning of the section and have to walk through all the steps to get to the one you want. I am not sure what happens if you answer one of the questions differently
What's great about it: Offers step by step guidance
What's not so great: navigation a bit clunky
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
