Very easy to do myself

It would be nice if all of the filing fees were included with the price of the software. I had to pay an additional fee to eFile my CA state return.
What's great about it: Compared all data to last year, auto pulled W2, since i used TurboTax last year there was minimal data entry
What's not so great: Additional eFile fee after purchasing the software.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made my life easy

I had a hard time with the dividend section. I've never had these kinds of investments before and it was hard. There never was a way to figure out Box 12 about the state postal code. That appeared nowhere on the form.
Otherwise, Turbo Tax is simple to use and checks on everything. Thanks.

Got it Done!

I sometimes felt like I was in a loop, when I hit the "back" arrow. it didn't always just take me back, it started over! When a window popped up at the end looking for info, I couldn't find it to erase! I did, but it was not clear.
What's great about it: the guidance
What's not so great: difficult to get back to where you want to go

Easy Does It!

I have been using TurboTax since 1999. I keep using it because it is so easy to use. It is fast and familiar so that makes doing taxes less of a chore...almost painless!
Not everything is explained in great detail, but for the most part the "more info" boxes answer any confusing points.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy.
What's not so great: Not everything is explained in great detail.

There are still a few areas I found confusing as to the wording, especially if there was no "explain" link attached to it. Maybe put a "explain" link under each area. But this year, I found a few more things easier.
What's great about it: This year I saw a few more explanations

Very easy. Step by step instuction was excellent.
