So Simple

Such a simple way to get my taxes done - even with a home-office-based business. The key is to know what goes where and that's when comparing to last year's return makes TurboTax so simple to use - Once you get it right, it's always right!
What's great about it: Comparing with prior year makes it so simple to check my work
What's not so great: State filing fee :(

Turbo Tax has become more user friendly each year.
This year, it was so easy to use.
I had some difficult questions regarding my daughter's return as she lived in 2 States, but Turbo Tax answered all of my questions even before I raised them.

Easy does it

Turbo tax saves me money. I can do it myself and it makes even a detailed return easy to do because it is thorough and easy to do.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, step by step. Love the way all info is copied from last year returns. I also like the error checking fea
What's not so great: can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

my 2012 return -- first time by internet

This may have more to do with it being my first time using TurboTax. It was confusing, at times, and didn't always let me review my inputs.
What's great about it: less expensive

This is the best software. I will use this every year.
What's great about it: it was so easy to enter all the information
What's not so great: I still had to mail in documtents

Turbo Tax is my yearly IRS headache saver.
Intuit gives me everything I need, like a shortcut right to the forms if I want to just do a quick check on something - and nothing I don't need.
It's relatively quick and painless to get my taxes done, and I don't have to bundle all my documentation and actually leave the house and deal with a "tax preparation specialist" - who will take more time, probably be less accurate, find less deductions, and certainly charge more than doing it myself.
In short, I can get this yearly chore done in my pj's, and have more confidence of better results, than going and dealing with somone and paying more.

Best Tax Software

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have always been happy with how easy it is to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find info on uncommon items
