first time user--anxious to see how long it takes to get my refund and if everything was submitted as promised in the software--too early to give a full review--should know more once I receive the refund.

I like the fact that Turbo Tax brings forward the prior year info and can import directly from Financial Institutions. This is important if you have numerous Schedule D items as it would be tedious to have to enter them manually.
Personally, I rather work in forms than with the interview. I wish the program would stay in forms when I print or save the file. Also I would prefer to be able to work totally with the keyboard rather than be forced to use the mouse.
What's great about it: Imports directly from Financial Institutions, Accurate
What's not so great: A little too cumbersome

break down format,lots of customers that uses turbo tax our not accountants or computer programers, use format used three to fours ago. BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR YEARS- DAYS OF WHEN IT WAS ON FLOPPY DISC (APPLE)
What's great about it: SOME AREA OF TAXES EASY TO USE
What's not so great: sets of questions ,worse than last year turbo tax

Still the best after all these years

I still recommend Turbo Tax to my family and friends. I wasted time last year with another big name tax program. It didn't even calculate the deduction for state sales tax.
I'm not a mathematician and I don't need to be one to use this software. If you can fill in the blanks on forms on the internet, you can use Turbo Tax for your tax returns.
What's great about it: Fast to file if you prepare the paperwork ahead of time
What's not so great: Doesn't go to where you leave off if you need to stop for a while
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
