Great program!! Not clear on RMD though.
Also, the fonts could be a little larger..There is a lot of vacant screen left on both right and left.

2013 Turbo Tax Experiance

I bought Turbo Tax Delux this year, as we have for that last several years, even though there was a less expensive choice for tax software this year. In years past I have been very impressed with Turbo Tax, but that was not the case this year. In addition to having extream difficulty downloading my state product, I was unable to get online support and my federal informaiton kept fluctuating dramatically and radio buttons kept getting stuck. I was eventually able to submit my return through Turbo Tax after imputing my information several times and starting completly over twice.
What's great about it: Convenient, somewhat cost effective
What's not so great: Inconsistant, technical difficulties, lack of accessibility to help

I have used TurboTax for several years. This is the best version yet. Very easy to use and I know that my return will be accurate.

Why ask for a state and zip code when at the end before the e file goes through when I am retired and not earning money just getting ss and pension?
