Great Experience

Turbo Tax prompted us to enter all our details, remembered many items that we would have forgotten, and kept updating itself with all relevant laws. The "It's Deductible" feature was just great. We could enter items from our donation receipts, which resulted in a large refund, since we had just moved house and donated a lot of large items. Overall a low-cost, painless and highly satisfactory experience. Thanks!
What's great about it: Easy, covered all areas, compared dollar values with last year
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Love using Turbo Tax! It makes doing a return easy and safe. The guides are simple and there is always good explanations of what does and does not qualify.
What's great about it: Step-by-step guides and ease of use
What's not so great: Nothing!

Took me a few hours to complete with lunch in between. Easy to navigate ... but, not easy to review previous pages.

easiest tax filing yet

this year was fantastic with the ease of filing. more auto import capability than before, help features better, etc.
What's great about it: simplified process with auto imports

Had a problem with my tax return. Called Turbo Tax and spoke with a rep. She was able to look at my return with my personal info left out. Found out that I made a mistake when filling out what state the state witholdings were coming from. Therefore my return showed I owed almost 900.00 dollars. Correcting my mistake, then gave me a refund of over 300.00 from the state of Illinois. Great Job Turbo Tax. I've used Turbo Tax for 10 yrs. This is the first time I've had to call them. Don't know how they do it, but they do a great job. I would recommend them to everybody.
