Found My Refund Again!

Makes filing taxes as easy and painless as it can be for an "amateur". You can do it in the comfort and privacy of your own home, and you can start, stop and resume at your convenience. You have to get all of the same information together for a tax professional to prepare your taxes anyhow ........... why not do it yourself and save some money in the process?
What's great about it: Excellent, fast and walks you through everything!
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I needed to override turbotax: "Letme" was needed, but hard to find; however, "Letme" was very easy once I found it.

What's great about it: Easy Import/ Supporting Files/ Audit Review/Error Check
What's not so great: Not all firms are part of import routine, wish better integration with Excel and Credit firms (Local Sales Tax)

The directions and allowances for you to let them do most and/or little and let you do your thing is great. They check for your mistakes and ask if things you have done are correct to double check you. If anything is out of line then they help you to correct or modify it. Transferring info from year to year is the easiest part and I do it each year.

I can give 5/5 for this #1 tax filing software and it's very easy and economical to file for anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to convert from W2 to file
What's not so great: Some validation in Zip code, but it worked
