Turbo Tax makes the worst time of the year easy and as painless as possible, 100% recommended!
What's great about it: Fast and Easy to Use
What's not so great: It's Still Taxes

Another Easy Year of Returns

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 9+ years and each year I am happy and satisfied with the results. I don't always get a refund but the process is stress free and I feel comfortable with Turbo Tax. I am a big fan of the audit review and error check, each year it finds something that I misentered or alerts me to items that increase my risk for an audit. I am a happy customer and I will continue using Turbo Tax for my federal tax needs.
What's great about it: Guide through deductions, review, and error check.
What's not so great: Updates every time you start the program

Since I have used TurboTax before, I can do my taxes in less than 2 hours from start to finish. The questions are great and easy to understand.

New year, Turbo changes

Much easier than last year and also saved me more money. I didn't file for TX sales tax last year and this year my return automatically calculated sales tax based on my income. It just gets easier to file with Turbo Tax every year.

Had to wait a long time for customer service, nearly an hour. Other than that have used turbotax for years and like it.

What's not so great: Had to look up some abreviations and terms that were not clear

Have been using TurboTax for several years now and it is still the easiest tax program that I have used. It continues to get better every year and while taxes are never fun TurboTax takes a lot of the pain out.
What's great about it: Extremely Easy to Use
