I ran into a problem that I couldn't find helpfor wasted about 2 days and then found a help phone number.
What's great about it: Data entry system
What's not so great: Hard to find phone help

I have used TurboTax now for the past 8 years.. I continue to like the product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, espescially when prior year informtaion imported.
What's not so great: None.

The only way to go!

If it wasn't for TurboTax I would have to take it to a regular tax preparer and most of the time they're more interested in getting you out the door and getting their fee, but with TurboTax I can make sure that I get every deduction that is coming to me and I can take my time about it. I have used TurboTax for many years now and plan to use it many years in the future.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use.
What's not so great: Had to pay this year.

Can`t miss. No matter what your tax situation. Takes care of everything.
What's great about it: So easy even I can do my own taxes.

IN YEARS PAST MY CPA UNCLE HAS ALWAYS DONE MY TAXES, THIS YEAR I WAS LEFT ON MY OWN.... WITH NO EXPERIENCE I WAS SCARED TO SAY THE LEAST... BUT WITH TURBO TAX 2012... I WAS BLOWN AWAY...TURBO TAX MADE SO EASY...

This is my 2nd year using Turbo Tax. It is very easy to follow and I can get my refund quickly. I am quite satisfied with this service tool.
