easy to use

I have used turbo tax for quite a few years. It is nice and easy to use as it walks you through every possible deduction. Did have a glithc this year as it kept saying I had another state that had taxes due, but this wasn't true. Trying to get it to delete the form that was wrong took quite a bit of time digging around to discover where it was at.
Overall I would recommend using this prodect, it really does help.

What's great about it: NIce to switch between step by step and the actual forms
What's not so great: Couldn't get rid of one form that wouldn't allow me to send taxes

I've used Turbo Tax for the last three years. I tried other tax software and services. This is the best if you want to save $$ and very easy to use.
What's great about it: Quick,uploads previous returns, helpful
What's not so great: Updates takes a while to upload.

Very quick and really easy to use. Only complaints are in the actual software performance itself. On updating, it says it will restart and it doesn't. Additionally, it can really chug at various times while filling out the form. My machine is able to handle most modern 3d games at ultra performance, yet TurboTax can slow it down.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to use, not complicated
What's not so great: Tool itself can be sluggish/buggy at times

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and it usually gets better each year. This years business section was a little confusing but technical help fixed it. I keep buying it becasue it is a very good value.
What's great about it: Good Price for taxes
What's not so great: Business part could be clearer to fill out

i recommend it all the time to my friends and family and have even got some of them using Turbo Tax now
What's great about it: It's quick and walks you thru all the steps which is very helpful
What's not so great: just getting all the receipts together is a pain but not Turbo tax fault

Fine until State

The program said I did not have to file a state return and gave instructions to delete the state return. The instructions did not work and I got stuck in a loop of having to go through the program again and again to figure out how to do it. In the end, there is a toggle to not send the state tax by efile - which they don't tell you. Also they try to sell you other stuff along the way which is annoying. This program is about as lousy as all the other tax software out there, no worse.
What's great about it: Easier than last year; comparison to last return
What's not so great: slow, worthless help features
