Greatly simplified procedure.

I have used TurboTax for many years and intend to continue doing so. It takes a lot of stress out of the process. Thank you.
What's great about it: Seemed to be simpler and more straightforward than in the past.
What's not so great: Still have a little trouble "going back" to review, check, make adjustments for goofs.

I love how TurboTax takes you step-by-step to ensure you have covered every section that applies to you. I did not like the fact my financial institution (Navy Federal was not listed). I do not like that 5 people can E-File Federal returns but you can only e-file 1 state return. I also hope that TurboTax includes more Tax items for military members such as retirement, severance pay, VA disabilities, etc.
What's great about it: They walk you through every step
What's not so great: Only 1 State E-File
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax since 2008 and I absolutely love it! It is the greatest way to do your taxes! I work in accounting and even our controller uses Turbo Tax! You guys Rock!

Easy to follow

Very quick and easy to file. There are lots of help tips and instructions to guide you along. I have filed with Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and I'm very pleased.
What's great about it: Tells you what documents you need
What's not so great: Unable to pull previous years tax info when using a new computer

Easiest Year Yet

2012 Taxes were the easiest to do yet. This years edition of TurboTax seems more streamlined than previous years. It doesn't bog down with abstract questions or obscure tax situations that probably only apply to 1 in a million tax payers. Almost switched to different brand this year, since last year was so time consuming. Glad I gave it another try.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy to understand, Streamlined

Reliable, accurate and simple!

I have been using this program for many years and I am always pleased with the results. It seems that every year the software experience gets easier and easier. I have a very busy schedule and TurboTax lets me accomplish my taxes with a minimum amount of effort and flawless results. Some years I receive a refund, others I pay, but I always know that my returns are complete and accurate. Keep up the great work!
