Although I did not spend much time researching why, it seems that when I restart Turbo Tax after exiting, it should restart from where I was last at. For instance if I had to quit while adding donations, it should restart from there.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Not easy to return to last spot worked on.

Easy to use; just gather all your information and you can be done in a few hours. No other product compares.
What's great about it: Fast and easy; help function is helpful
What's not so great: Does not work well with Windows 8

I have used turbo tax for several years. It has been easy to use and very accurate. I wouldn't change to another tax program.

Anyone can file their taxes with TurboTax. I have been using it for many years now. I like the access to live help whenever I need it.

Tax in ten minutes

"TurboTax" is a friendly software. I used it since last 10 years.
During the tax process, You can change any data in your tax form and the software will calculate the final figure. There is no hassle for summation or deduction. I felt like somebody is helping me personally.

What's great about it: It is very easy to use. Answer the questions and you are done. No calculation is required.
What's not so great: Since I used software I getting lazy to calculate manually.

Very simple!

I am just starting out living on my own and pretty new to filing taxes by myself. TurboTax made it easy for me to understand what I was doing. Going step by step, box by box, with each form couldn't be simpler. If I couldn't understand something, they always had links for me to click that explain everything in plain English.
Love it!
What's great about it: Clean, fast, simple, organized
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I will use TurboTax in 2013 due to convienience. However, I hope that it includues the calculation of business use of home as it did in 2011 but did not in 2012
