20 years -- still satisfied!

I've been using TurboTax for about 20 years (even while living overseas for two years) and have never had a problem with a return. With the step-by-step, "EasyGuide", TurboTax simplifies the process of doing your taxes. I've never compared my TurboTax return with (the same) one completed by a CPA or tax professional to see if there was a disparity, so I can't comment. I just don't see how using a tax professional would yield a different "result".

Turbo tax has really removed the pain of an extremely time consuming process!! No last minute glitches with updates. This process has become as enjoyable as possible.
What's great about it: Removed the Pain Of Tax Filing
What's not so great: Added Fees For handling Refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Year after year it makes my return go smoothly

TT is an old friend. I have been using TurboTax for many years and it is very convenient and comfortable to use. The ability to automatically transfer entries from previous year gives a good head start on information and helps identify something that might be forgotten.
What's great about it: ease of use; automatically transfers data from previous year; error checks; can toggle between TT format and IRS form
What's not so great: wish there were a way to simply upload tables of charitable donations instead of 1 by 1

Fastest Refund Ever!

Great product! Very easy to use, even for someone doing
their taxes for the first time. I've been using it for the last 10 or so years and have never had a problem with it. Never had any problems with my taxes either, get my refund usually within 7 to 8 days. I love it! So much better then going to an accountant and a lot cheaper too. Thanks for a great product!

Senior Citizen Friendly

Overall, Turbo Tax is very user friendly. I am 83 years old and have been using TT for the past seven years. This year I had to call the support line because I had trouble finding the correct form for one of my deductions. After a 45 minute wait, I was walked through the procedure by a very helpful person and completed my tax return with a refund coming.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Some forms were hard to find

It showed results right after each itemized deduction. I found this feature very helpful.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. It gets easier each year. . .let's you do your return 'your way' either forms or walking you through! If you have to file taxes, this is the way to go!
