Took less than 20 minutes. Why pay someone or dig through instruction booklets when this does it all.
What's great about it: Simple
What's not so great: Goes through all steps even though there are no deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbox Tax is In-Thing

Turbo Tax is great! I've used other tax software, they were ok, but when I switched to Turbo Tax and loaded it, I felt a greater assurance with it. I have used it for years now, and I don't see any reason, so far to change. I guess in short, I believe in Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I liked the info transfer feature and reliable calcutation
What's not so great: perhap the updating after purchase

Couldn't Be Easier!

Makes tax preparation a lot easier. Clear instructions and helpful prompts remove a lot of the stress. Wish I had started using it before 2011.
What's great about it: Clear, concise instructions for every entry I had to make.
What's not so great: For NYS joint return, would prefer printing documents for spouse review before certifying that all entries are correct.

I've used TurboTax for a number of years. It gets better all the time. I feel like I can trust that my return is correct when I finish.
What's great about it: walks me thru; gives me help and explanations; the year to year comparison is priceless
What's not so great: can't think of a thing !

Every year seems easier to navigate. I liked the fact that it kept double checking as I went through the process and recommending specific deductions.

Great product. I have been using Turbotax for years. Love the transfer of information. Love that it shows amount I deducted last year as compared to this year. Easy to use.
What's great about it: Guided through process. Questions asked about deductions.
What's not so great: $20 fee for state refund.
