Works like a charm

I have used TurboTax for quite some time and i keeps getting better. The features allow easy navigation of the tax process and the error checks provide concise areas for correction. I was able to find help using both the on-line features and the embedded pop up windows to accurately and adequately address any questions.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate with concise Help features
What's not so great: Numerous Updates required after installation

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. There are improvements every year. This year seems even easier to navigate.

I have used TurboTax for a number of years. From 2011 to 2012, my daughter stopped being my dependent and stopped going to school, but the program automatically included the Education Forms again and did not prompt me to change them until I was ready to file. Then, finding the form was not very easy or obvious. Finally, deleting the form was not very easy or obvious. I managed to figure it out, but it seemed more difficult than I thought it should be.
What's great about it: easy interface and thorough coverage
What's not so great: took too much for granted

Loved that I was able to start and complete in under 2 hours!
What's great about it: Carrys over prior year data; walks you through each possibility and if very fast
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Done Before Midnight!

It's great to be able to complete my taxes in one sitting. It takes the stress out of an already unpleasant process. I usually finish my taxes in the beginning of March, so they are done and I can move on!
What's great about it: Imports my information from previous years, but it's easy to change info when life changes!
What's not so great: Paying for filing out of my return seems really expensive.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and Easy

I like how it shows you previous years side by side so you can compare from last years. I like how it auto-fills information when you use the product in consecutive years. Submitting the e-file is a dream, no mailing anything.
What's great about it: I like how easy it is to do your taxes. Turbo tax takes you through each section step-by-step making taxes easy.
What's not so great: I can't think of any now.
