Back after going pro last year

I have used turbo tax since 2006. last year I decided to go with a pro and ended up paying for the first time ever. This year, I am back to Turbo Tax, and back to getting refunds.
What's great about it: easy and thorough.
What's not so great: Don't really have any cons

Turbo Tax saved me countless hours and dollars the past decade or more as I remain a dedicated and appreciative customer every year!
What's great about it: I used to do them with pencil and paper. Now life is easy.

Excellent Software year after year after year ...

great software and I will use it again next year. Clear layout and easy to follow. Being a software engineer, I think I should report a bug that i encountered during filling. It occurred after TurboTax asked me to update the forms before continuing . After the update , TurboTax performed a Federal review of what I entered and then it detected 50 items that need to be reviewed. I clicked continue and it populated a "Dependent" form and it asked me to fill out the pink text blocks. I closed Turbo Tax and reopened it and everything went back to normal.
What's great about it: clear layout . step by step instructions.
What's not so great: There was a small bug after updating forms in the middle of filling.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Happy Tax Filer

I find that Turbo Tax is getting better and better every year. The step by step guide helps insure that you don't forget to include all of your income and have taken every deduction available. I really like the idea of comparing itemized deductions against the standard deduction. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: The step by step guide is very helpful. Found some extra deductions I would not have known.
What's not so great: Having to pay extra to e-file you state taxes.

Turbo Tax is the BEST

This is a very easy product to use, everything is explained and if you have questions just hit Help.
One small problem is when you are finished with one section you must scroll down to get to the next section. This is cumbersome when there are many many sections. You should be returned to where you left off.

SOOOO Easy!!!!

I have use Turbo Tax for years, for business as well as personal. I file all of my family's taxes as well as my own. I have never been audited nor has my family using Turbo Tax. It is fast, easy and accurate. Anybody can use it.
What's great about it: Fast accurate easy
What's not so great: None
