Love the software, Hate the Tax

This program walks you through every single aspect. If you earn enough to deduct, it's probably great, but I don't. :(
What's great about it: So easy! Walked me through everything and tried to save me money, but unfortunately I don't qualify for anything.
What's not so great: No cons, great product.

My 2012 Return

I've used turbotax for many years now and have been very satisfied with it. It's ease of manuevering through the different steps and the way it questions you about all areas make it a very simple and easy to follow program.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: couldn' really come up with anything, I liked this version very much.

I would definitely recommend TurboTax to anyone. It is a lot faster than doing your taxes by hand. I like that you can do it from home and don't have to worry about having all of the forms-they wak through what you need!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Working in 3 different cities made local income tax filing confusing

The step by step guide provided in the software is why I continue to use Turbo Tax every year. This will be my 13th year using Turbo Tax to file my annual tax returns.

Thorough Questions to Ensure Refund Maximum

Although our taxes weren't very complicated, I still appreciate Turbotax's attention to detail in the questioning. This helps ensure nothing is omitted which is required and that all deductions/credits are included.

It was easy to follow and very thorough. I felt everything was searched through and followed to an ending that was clear.
What's great about it: easy direction

My TurboTax and Me!

Filing my tax using TurboTax is the best way for me! Last year the person(s) I dealt with didn't exhibit professional knowledge; they frequently asked each other's opinions. When I'm at the keyboard responding the TurboTax questions I feel that I'm entering my information correctly and there are reviews so I can check my own work, as well as, the program reassuringly checks too. Great program! The only reason I stopped using it after 2008 is the software was changed and was no longer compatible with the computer I had at the time. I'll see you again next year!
What's great about it: That it asked all the questions even though some did not pertain to me and my return.
What's not so great: My nervousness -- I haven't used TurboTax for 5 years and was a little apprehensive.
