Great Job

Over all this was a great expierence. This is the 4th time that I used Turbo Tax. You guys make it as easy as possible to get through the tax season. I love the step by step process and the way you guys put everything into terms that I can understand.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Walked me through everything
What's not so great: Did not know if some things effected me or not

Made Taxes Painless!

Always done taxes with Turbo Tax, and after ten years of dating and two being married we've finally been able to do a joint filing for the last two years, and if it's possible, I think Turbo Tax makes taxes easier every year! Filling in all the old info and comparing to last year to make sure we caught stuff was super helpful.
What's great about it: Making it simple, straightforward without skipping the details!
What's not so great: Nada

Turbo tax provides a simple menu to walk through the requirement for completing my yearly federal and state income tax

Over the last 8 years I have used Turbo Tax reporting information is getting more clear and specific.

I am happy with Turbo Tax based on how it steps you through your return. I think it would be better if you could just provide an online update every year for the software. It should cost less because you would not need to buy a cd and reload the whole program.
What's great about it: easy to use and find out answers to any questions
What's not so great: Nothing other than it seems very expensive to buy every year.

Great Product! I didn't like strolling down to bottom of my list of done areas. Once you are done with a specific area, click done, it takes you back to the top of a listing. Once you exceed your screen size you have stroll down, instead of it taking you to next area.. Also, I would love to see a view of your return off to the side of completed totals, no detail, like the IRS form you are using.

Doing taxes has never been fun. Turbo Tax makes it as painless as possible.

Turbo Tax did a very bad job in 2012

I have used TurboTax for years and have generally been satisfied. However, the 2012 edition had MANY flaws. Two examples: (1) It signed me up for estimated federal tax payments without telling me. (2) The section on the federal residential energy credits has the credit for installation of energy efficient central air conditioners buried under a different name so that it's almost impossible to find.
If this is what I could expect in 2013 I will never use TurboTax again.
