It's the best way ever!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 4 years. It is so
great. I can do a little, leave to do something else, and
come back later to follow up. I don't have to wait for
someone else to set an appointment up. It is easy to
follow instructions. And it gets checked before I send it
out. I can even babysit for my grand kids and then go
back to my taxes.

Easy taxes

We've used TurboTax for years with good results. It is very quick and easy to follow. I'm still not sure I'm getting all the refund I could. I wish they would give examples of what other people do with similar situations so you know you are doing everything possible to reduce tax liability.

I have used Turbo tax for years. It continues to get easier to use with the passing years. Make sure you have all pertinent information at hand before you start and it then becomes a case of entering it.When my father died I had to use a C.P.A. for his taxes to finalize the estate. I did a test that year using Turbo Tax, another unnamed program and the C.P.A. All were in dollars of each other so I know that Turbo tax is giving me the largest legal return that I can get. For ease of use Turbo Tax can not be equaled.
What's great about it: Can you read? Do your fingers work? Do you have your paperwork?
What's not so great: Really aren't any unless your time is too valuable...

Always a good value

I really appreciate the way it downloads last year's information. It is a real time saver and also uses the information for this year's returns so that I am sure not to miss anything. Please continue putting out such a quality product.
What's great about it: I like the way it lets you choose between walking you through the items or selecting specific items to enter at anytime.
What's not so great: I wish the on-line version could handle more securities trading volumes

Took Me Through a Difficult Investment Return

Filing the Foreign Tax paid was confusing. Think it finally clicked - but it could have been explained more clearly.
What's great about it: I was able to download alot of what I needed
What's not so great: Ocassion where I had to delete previously down loaded info
