Quick and Easy

I have been using TurboTax for 10+ years and find it quick and easy as TurboTax walks me through the return, step by step. I just fill in the information. and voila! I'm finished!

If there is not a state tax in the state of Florida, the program should allow you to skip that step, instead of asking the same question over and over again.

Pro's and Con's

Turbo Tax is relatively straight forward to use and answers a lot of questions i WOULD HAVE TO DIG OUT ON MY OWN. Don't like that the program keeps trying to scam you nto spending more money on Turbo Tax Products. Specifically, didn't like the Turbo Tax trying to get me to upgrade from deluxe to premier. Every time I went in, even though I had saved the file, the program didn't take me back to the same point in easy step where I left it. Overall, Turbo Tax is easy to use and complete for my tax situation.
What's great about it: Answers a lot of questions I would have to dig out on my own, fairly straight forward
What's not so great: Every time you go in, it changes the what point you go into the tax return.2) Impossible to report program problem

Very good, but you have to be very attentive and answer all questions accurately. What happened to the "What-if" Form?
What's great about it: Handles complex situations
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing - but so is IRS

I have used TuboTax for several years, and find it easy to use, and accurate.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes much easier, generally easy to follow
What's not so great: Unable to find answers to questions about Education credits

I have used turbo tax for the past 3 years or more, i would never use any other software... highly recommend for any one and any situation business or personal!!
