This year was more difficult in filing return for some reason, the flow didn't go as easy as in earlier years.
What's great about it: Normally very easy to use
What's not so great: Harder to understand and file return this year

You need to allow users to alphabetize their contributions for the ease of entry and review.
On the 8949's, murky at best, you need to show the forms when asking the questions.
I get to file an amended return because this was not clear.

TurboTax helped stop the bleeding!

Next year I train my two sons to use TurboTax for their return... family affair... I love it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use... walked me through the needed steps in expeditious fashion. builds confidence in return.
What's not so great: I've used TurboTax for a decade and can't think of any problems... thanks for continuing to update the product.

I have used it for 3 years I I like the system. I is very helpful to for a person that does not have too many tax entries.

TurboTax has been my choice for over 20 years. I've looked at other programs, but none can compare to TurboTax's helpful guides and error checking.
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive, helpful guides
What's not so great: Constant updates everytime the program is opened.

TurboTax is great for making sure you don't miss any income or deductions. I found the IRA contributions section to be very well done and easy to use.
The AMT section needs to have more explanations about how the the tax is calculated. The "Help" section was lacking. Most confusing was that I had to pay AMT but my "refund" shown at the top of the screen didn't change. I think this means that TurboTax had already calculated my AMT in the background... but I couldn't be sure.
