You advertise "help and guidance" but this was difficult to access.

Seven years and counting using TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax for quite a while and I am totally sold on how easy it is to use, how it asks questions to determine changes in my life that will affect my taxes. There is no way I could keep up with tax law changes, and it is a relief that TurboTax does that for me. Before using TurboTax I was audited a few times by the IRS, since using TurboTax I have not had any IRS audits.
What's great about it: easy to use, thinks of things I wouldn't have

Turbo Tax is the best.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and called to ask a question. The person I talked to was very helpful.
What's great about it: Makes my efforts easy to do.
What's not so great: Can't really think of any.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The only problem I had this year was some numbers repeated themselves in a lower section on the Income sheet, but, not on the tax return. I spent 3 days trying to solve the issue with telephone support. I do 3 returns that have Canadian RRIF income. The repeated numbers happened when I entered some of the info in this section before I entered the amounts for RRIF.
What's great about it: Telephone support is awesome!
What's not so great: When reviewing some Income and deductions I have to re-answer questions.

We have used turbo tax for several years. saves us money and is very easy to use. Money is directly deposited so don't have to worry about a missed check.

I have used turbo tax since I first bought my first home in 1996 I will never consider anything else. I do mine, my sisters her kids and my friends thanks to turbo tax people think I'm the best!!!
